The World Congress on Oils and Fats & 28th ISF Congress will be held in Sydney in 2009.

The technical committee is inviting interested parties to submit abstracts for consideration for inclusion in the congress program.


All abstracts will be rigorously reviewed by an international panel of expert referees who will assess them for inclusion into the program.

Abstracts on the following topics are invited: aquaculture; biodiesel; biotechnology; canola; health and nutrition; lipid science and technology; meal and animal nutrition; oleochemicals; olive oil; and processing.
