Wendy’s has announced the appointment of Julie Lowe as the brand’s national product manager.

Lowe brings extensive experience to her new role, having held several key roles in marketing and product management, both in Australia and overseas.

Previously, Lowe has held senior positions at Independent Distillers Australia, Haselgrove Wines, Jenks Sales Brokers (UK) and Macquarie Day Cutten.

“It’s an exciting time for Wendy’s and we’re very pleased to welcome Julie to our marketing team,” said Peter Lokan, Wendy’s GM marketing.

“Lowe’s approach and experience mean she is well suited to meet the challenges of the organisation and her strong understanding of the retail environment will play an important part in the continued growth and success of the Wendy’s brand,” he said.

There are 300 Wendy’s stores across Australia and New Zealand, with a combined annual turnover of well over $100 million.
