Island Abbey Foods of Canada has come out with the Honey Drop, a pure, non-sticky honey that you can hold in your hands.

The dried Honey Drop, equivalent to a teaspoon of liquid honey, can be hold in the hand, dropped in the tea or popped in the mouth.

Released in January, the drops are made with pure Honibe honey from Prince Edward Island, where the company is located.

The drops contain no artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives and are available in two flavours: pure honey and honey and lemon.

According to trend-spotting website springwise.com, Island Abbey Foods is also member of One Percent For The Planet, an alliance of businesses that donate at least 1% of their annual net revenues to environmental organisations worlwide.

The Honey Drops are available in packages of 20 units for retail sale or in bulk for food service. They have a shelf life of one year.

Island Abbey Foods is currently looking for retailers, affiliates and resellers for the Honey Drop.
