A motion put by a shareholder at the annual meeting of Turners & Growers Ltd on Thursday has failed.

Shareholder Howard Zingel presented a motion requesting an independent review to recommend a strategy to maximise dividends and capital value.

The motion was voted on by poll. The company released the poll result on Friday , which was 97.82 percent against the motion.
