Greek-themed restaurant group Souvlakihut has been rated the fastest growing food franchise on in the BRW Fast Franchises edition this week.

Souvlakihut is a BRW Fast Franchise and is ranked 3rd on the 2010 list. The BRW Fast Franchises list ranks companies according to their average annual turnover growth over three years.

Souvlakihut has grown by more than 217 per cent over the last three years.

Souvlakihut now has 36 franchises across the eastern seaboard with a target to more than double that number by the end of 2010.
